I started my financial enrichment practice in late 2006 and formed The Hawkins Group LLC. My passion and vision is to Empower Inspire Engage people to understand their finances does not have to be a struggle but a S.M.A.R.T goal, through financial awareness and commitment. Helping people of all ages unlock the power of financial literacy — from conducting workshops to empowering all generations on protecting the assets they've worked so hard to build and creating a financial action plan to start building a solid financial foundation.
KP gives back to the community with participation in various organizations such as United Way Day of Caring, Breast Cancer Awareness, Lupus Awareness, Heart Awareness and Habitat for Humanity and more.
KP is the financial presenter/mentor for The Dress for Success Morris County Going Places Network organization.
KP is a former advisory board ambassador for the NJSBDC at Rutgers-Newark and St Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center-Livingston
KP is a former member of NJAWBO served on the Chapter Board as the 2010-2011 VP of Finance. KP is also a New Jersey Notary Public. KP is also a 5 term elected member of the State of New Jersey Democratic Committee County of Essex, Township of West Orange.
